Ron had been a photographer all of his adult life - learning his skills in the darkroom and experimenting with many ‘genres’ over the years.
His most outstanding achievements were his two ‘distinctions’; ARPS and the DPAGB. The panels for each can be viewed here.
He excelled in church photography and inspired many younger members to take up architectural photography.
Ron was a co-founder member of Selsdon Camera Club, and was a member of the Dorking Camera Club for eight years, bringing with him a lifetime of skills and advice, beneficial to all who had the pleasure of meeting him.
